Meet the Practitioner
I'm Annette Strube, a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner with a B.S. in Cognitive Science from UCSD.
For years, I lived with severe digestive, skin, and mood issues, multiple autoimmune diagnoses, and a fatigue so heavy I floated through life instead of living it. I knew a deeper sense of aliveness existed and I just didn't know how to reach it.
Like so many, I went through the wringer of the conventional health system, chasing symptom after symptom from one doctor's office to the next. Eventually, I finally felt so frustrated that I gave it all up and decided to try something entirely different from everything I had been told. I let go of the beliefs that kept me stuck and chose to trust that our body knows how to heal when we live in harmony with our design.
That choice led to a personal health transformation that I could never have imagined. I went from a cycle of prescriptions and pain to living in deep connection to my body, my husband, my community and life itself. Through this process of reconnection and homing, I have woven in all forms of nourishment as I move through the season between maidenhood and motherhood, and tuned into the frequency of wild simplicity along the way.
I now guide women with wild, adventurous spirits out of chronic dis-ease and into a lasting vitality where spirit and body are aligned. Using functional lab work and personalized lifestyle changes, we build a foundation that lets you move beyond the fatigue and step into your most magnetic and beautiful self.
